For many years, Folklife has used woodcut-style illustrations by Joseph Crawhall of Newcastle-upon-Tyne (1821-1896)
We've been using the region 'Yorkshire & the Humber'.  We enquired & find that folk in the ‘N. Lincs’ & ‘N. E. Lincs’ areas of the former Humberside would, not surprisingly, prefer to be Lincolnshireso now all of Lincolnshire (including former Humberside areas)  will be under ‘East Midlands’.
Therefore, our East Midlands page would look something like this - with added Lincolnshire - Jan and Paul’s news (in May FW under Yorks & Humber on p.38 as printed & on PDF download of May issue).  Plus, since publication, we have added LEICESTERSHIRE FOLK DIARY.
Note - for Sept. 2025 , we'll be adding  FOLKONWIGHT, as below.
Note - for Sept. 2025 , we'll be adding  FASH & SOLENT WAVES, as below.
